Vanessa has spent majority of her career as a customer care specialist. Most recently she won the top-sales award for her knowledge and passion for beauty, working at Sally’s Beauty. In addition to Vanessa’s vast experience with customer service she is also a trained cosmetologist from the Paul Mitchell School. Vanessa says that from her years working with both customer service and the beauty industry, it has empowered her to effectively communicate with our clients and offer them the esteemed service they deserve.
